David Cappello - Founder
With over 15 years of experience in commercial financing and more than $100MM in closed loans, David Cappello set out to create Silverton Consulting Services in 2018 with the primary objective of providing expert advice to their clients in need of creative commercial financing solutions. At SCS, our primary focus is on commercial real estate financing, including ground-up construction, multifamily, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties. This includes new acquisitions and existing assets in need of refinancing.
Peter Cappello - Advisory
Peter brings over 40 years of experience in the banking and insurance industry. Peter has served in multiple capacities at local and regional banking institutions including Chief Lending Officer, Chief Credit Officer and Chief Risk Officer.
